1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CarX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CarX is an AI-powered vehicle diagnostic tool that reads OBD-II data from your vehicle via a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi adapter. The App provides real-time sensor monitoring, fault code reading, AI-powered analysis, and diagnostic reports.

3. Limitations of Diagnostics

CarX provides OBD-II electronic diagnostics only. This covers engine sensors, battery voltage, fault codes, and electronic control systems. The App does not assess brakes, tyres, suspension, bodywork, fluid levels, or other mechanical components.

CarX is not a substitute for a professional vehicle inspection. Always consult a qualified mechanic before making decisions about vehicle safety or repairs.

4. Subscription Terms

• CarX offers a free tier with limited daily usage and a Premium subscription with unlimited access.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings under Subscriptions.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App while driving or operating a vehicle
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

7. Intellectual Property

CarX, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the property of CyberSecAI Ltd. Patent Pending. All rights reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that diagnostic readings are error-free. OBD-II data depends on your vehicle's sensors and the quality of the adapter connection.

9. Limitation of Liability

CyberSecAI Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to vehicle damage, repair costs, or personal injury. You use diagnostic information at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
